The objective isn't to flood the staff with data; it's to listen, understand what's truly important, and build the tools and provide the insights needed to win the margins.

Using SportsCode, I break down possessions, player tendencies, and team schemes to find the patterns that shape performance. Whether the goal is teaching, scouting, or evaluating, I tailor it to fit the needs of a staff. Film helps coaches and players grow, prepare, and get better – it should be a tool, not an archive.

This is where analytics and film come together. I evaluate the parts of a player's game that drive development, including the harder-to-quantify pieces, and turn them into data-driven reports and film sessions that meet the player where they are and built around their goals. Every plan is created in step with the coaching staff or position coach so the work supports all areas of a program.
